We strive to do all we can and 999 out of thousand are ecstatic about the final product. But it seems that 1 out of a thousand is the one that ends up leaving the negative review about their projects. So by you taking the time to post how the vast majority of projects turns out and the world can see makes us all at Greencare.NET very happy! I did want to state a few facts about every negative posted review on here. If those clients were to post pictures of the final project upon completion everyone would see they all turned out beautiful and those clients all agree with this. The fact is that unforeseen delays and issues are in the nature of the business. Greencare.NET is a complete exterior design and installation firm. We do it all. We build pools, spas, water & fire features, coy ponds, pavers, concrete, patio covers and absolutely anything in landscaping. We are not a burger stand or a coffee shop. There are a tremendous amount of moving parts and unforeseen issues that arise in construction of large scale projects like this. Our homeowners are front row on these intricate projects which makes it difficult. At times a homeowner will get concerned if there is something that needs to be addressed and adjusted. Imagine if a custom car builder was doing there work right in front of you. Each day you would be in a panic and have a million concerns because it wouldn’t look right. But in actuality it would be moving along perfectly normal. This is what we do, we build our designes right in front of our clients and we are working with dirt and numerous materials that are ever changing. We are trained proffessionals that take pride in our art. In the end we will strive on every single project to make our clients happy! In construction issues arise daily and we address them and get them taken care of as quickly as possible. All you can do is immediately tackle all issues as a professional which is what we do. There are so many companies in the valley that would have turned their backs on some of these clients that left the negative reviews because they were so unreasonable. They demanded free items and made numerous changes during the project. Then demanded things that were clearly not in the original proposal. But although what they wrote certainly seems like we are such a bad company, the fact is every single one of these jobs is done and is beautiful. Greencare bent over backwards as we always do to satisfy these clients that posted negative reviews but they posted anyways. In the end they were upset about the process which on all these projects there were an unusual amount of issues but Greencare addressed them and resolved each one. Upon completion all these clients love their yards. We did all we possibly could to make them all happy. So to this client that left such a positive review and even posted pictures.
