9/27/2014 Thank you for the feedback Mr. Harris. Your project included pool, spa, PGA style putting green, pavebrick deck and pathways throughout, plants, trees, irrigation, custom lighting and multiple types of specifically placed decorative rock. We ran into multiple weather delays as well as city inspections where inspectors could not gain access to your gated community. It was difficult to keep the projected timeline.

The company’s exterior construction installation division has appointed a new executive in charge of the “customer experience.” This company has had an amazing track record since founded by Mike Anderlie in 1989. Greencare has become the highest volume residential construction company in Las Vegas.
Although after a few months of customer service complaints, Greencare.NET said Friday it is appointing a new executive to fix the problem. In general, contractors have a pretty terrible reputation for customer service, and almost any home owner can readily supply a personal tale of misery. Workers routinely fail to show up when they’re supposed to. Callers call the office over and over but the office then calls the foreman in the field but is dealing at times with an employee that is working hard and cannot answer his phone. Promises are not kept because so many variables like caliche or unavailable material is impossible to foresee no matter how hard the company works to reach a point of precision it cannot.
Now, Greencare is taking action. Both of the company’s two leading partners have put boots on the ground and are going to run the construction aspects themselves. The division has also named a new quality control department director with a history of cracking down on workers who don’t maintain a high level of attention to detail. “Daniel Cook” of California based Global Construction Enterprises was brought in as its senior advisor of “the customer experience.” Cook, who has previously worked in this field and development of customer service as well as a high level of work quality practices, is being asked to “reinvent the contractor vision” to customers so they experience something different and in the end clients are delighted at each stage. The goal is for Greencare to prove itself to provide a great experience while following through on the high quality work to back it up. Only then will Greencare have succeeded in raising the bar for all contractors in exterior installation and design services.
