Greencare made the dream of our backyard oasis a reality. From the initial consultation to the presentation of a professional architectural landscape plan and on through completion, they made sure we were happy start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone. We love our back yard!

A Greencare designer helped us pick out the best plants for our yard, and designed a beautiful water feature that includes a waterfall and small pool. A stucco team covered the inside of the cinder-block walls with material that matches our house exactly. The landscape team planted sixty bushes, flowers, and vines, then planted three large trees. The yard looks terrific, is easy to care for, and has been for more than a year now.

I absolutely love Greencare! They came in, listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. We went from nothing but dirt to a wonderful beautiful backyard where my kids and pets can play. They took time to listened to what we had to say and was just right for our budget. They came out when they said they would and they even started and finished the job sooner than expected, which was great. I would and have recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Despite the poor reviews seen here, my experience with this company has been very positive. From the start working with Jeremy on the design and cost to both Tim and John (Co-Owners) to all the workers and most especially to Lorraine in their office, I have received the utmost in attention and response to any issues, questions or concerns throughout the process. I would have to agree that with the exception of Lorraine, they are not very proactive in communicating. Very professional and the finished product (pool and landscaping) is awesome. I have already recommended them to a friend. Don’t be put off by the reviews here.

I won’t leave you in suspense…Brandon was our rep and I’m proud of my yard.
I’m a sales rep at BMW of Las Vegas and understand that sometimes you only have one shot to make an impression. Well Brandon couldn’t have come more prepared. We had 4 landscapers come..we submitted our design to all of them. They all arrived with paper and pencil in hand, a couple had a scetched design but all were very amatuerish and didn’t evoke a sense of trust when shelling out 20k. Brandon came in confident with the full knowledge that he had the best presentation. It blew the others away…huge LAMANATED computer generated 3-D images that took our designs to another level entirely. He even included various pictures and descriptions of plants and possible trees.
Here’s the thing, before my time at BMW, I was a family therapist and ultimately the person you’re working with is the most important thing. Everyone says they can do the job but the best person gives you a vision and a confident one at that.
Brandon was very fair on price, and work started within a few days. He has a few packages and never tried to upsell….he simply explained each and we made our decision.
His crew was INCREDIBLE…working from 7am until 8pm for 10 days. It was amazing watching it happen. It wasn’t just the expertise but the artistry that was involved. We had a few modification along the way including a SPA that was a little smaller than the built-in inclosure was. No problem…they spent a couple of more days adjusting…let me reiterate…never a problem, never a “Well that’s going to cost extra.” Just “No problem, we’ll get that done, we want you to be happy.”
I simply can’t say enough, my yard is gorgeous and better than I had ever imagined. Plus it was so easy to work with Brandon and his crew.
I will give him referrals anytime I can.

After using another company when we first purchased our home 15 year ago, we decided to try another. I was so pleased when we contacted the office and had an appointment with a design consultant, Brandon, within the week. We needed to remove grass in the backyard to be replaced by pavers and replenish the rock and replace some of the plants that were not doing so well in both the front and backyard. Lights/connectors needed attention and some replaced. He showed up the following week with a design that met all our needs.
The crew showed up as was expected and cleaned up when the jobs were done. We did have some issues with a couple of plants, but after relaying this to the customer service area, the plants were replaced the next week.

This is my first Yelp review, and I am writing it because I want Yelpers to know about the great service that Brandon and his Greencare team provided to us this summer when they worked on our backyard.
First, Brandon’s responsiveness. Back in the early summer of 2014, I was contacting various landscapers for our backyard project, some of whom were referrals from friends or professionals. Very few called back. Brandon, who was referred to me from a friend, was one of the ones who called back promptly. We scheduled a consultation pretty quickly, and he scheduled our project soon thereafter. During the project itself, Brandon communicated options to me whenever they arose, and he quickly called back whenever I had questions or things to talk about. I should note that during one week of the project, I was out of town, and so this communication was key.
Second, Brandon’s landscaping design and installation work. In looking for a landscaping professional, I searched for someone who could come up with ideas despite vague and often unknowledgable input from me, the client. I am far from an expert in this area and don’t have much time to do things myself, and I therefore needed someone who could think of ideas that fit my general preferences and style. From my uninspiring dirt backyard, Brandon created a very peaceful outdoor family room, with pavers, beautiful boulders, a water feature, plants, and, per our choice after Brandon’s consultation and suggestion, a low-maintenance and artificial grass play area for our daughter. Brandon also added a drip irrigation system, lighting to highlight the foliage at night, and timers for both. Brandon’s work reflected the vision that we had expressed to him, made better by Brandon’s knowledge of what would look and work best with the existing backyard that we had. And importantly, he gave us a beautiful, low maintenance backyard that we could use for relaxing, entertaining, or playing with our daughter and our dog.
Third, Brandon’s professional and courteous service. In addition to being responsive and communicative, Brandon offered great ideas, like having a water feature that we chose not to do, without pushing them or pressuring. I always felt like I was getting the work that I chose to have done. I also felt that Brandon went the extra mile in his work.
Finally, Brandon is a very nice and personable guy, and, similar to what others have posted, I thought he was easy to be around and very pleasant to work with. He was also very honest and trustworthy, which was important to me due to budget issues and the time we were away from home during the project.
I would highly recommend Brandon and Greencare to anyone who, like me, wants to have a peaceful and beautiful backyard. I was not one who was looking for a “Zen” space in my house or anything of that spiritual variety, but I certainly got one, as well as a backyard that I am now very happy with. Thanks, Brandon and Greencare!

I just moved back to Vegas and invested In a nice home, I had an idea for my landscape but needed some help. I found Greencare Designs with a Google search, I made a call to their office and was greeted professionally, they made an appointment for their designer to come to my house and survey my yard, this was also a pleasant experience. A week later I was presented with a design of my yard, not just on a piece of paper but on a large colorful glossy that showed exactly what my yard would look like. I was happy with the price we decided upon and signed the contract. They helped me with the home owners paperwork we have to submit to get approval and after a couple of weeks I was approved. Within days of approval material arrived and construction began. I work during the day so I wasn’t there as the crew was doing the work, but I had a big smile on my face every evening I got home, progress was fast and everything looked good. In the end I had a very pleasant experience with Greencare, from the presentation to the final walk I took with the construction guys explaining everything to me and the support from them when I had a plant die on me. I would highly recommend Greencare.

I received incredible service at GreenCare.net all the way from the design of my backyard and construction. I was a little nervous at first getting a pool but everything turned out great, they finished before our scheduled date and I have no complaints. I would recommend their services to anyone.
