After using another company when we first purchased our home 15 year ago, we decided to try another. I was so pleased when we contacted the office and had an appointment with a design consultant, Brandon, within the week. We needed to remove grass in the backyard to be replaced by pavers and replenish the rock and replace some of the plants that were not doing so well in both the front and backyard. Lights/connectors needed attention and some replaced. He showed up the following week with a design that met all our needs.
The crew showed up as was expected and cleaned up when the jobs were done. We did have some issues with a couple of plants, but after relaying this to the customer service area, the plants were replaced the next week.
